5. Email Marketing via Systeme.io
For sending email newsletters and processing opt-in forms, I use the service Systeme.io (Systeme.io SAS, 19 Rue du Commandant Rolland, 13008 Marseille, France).
When you register via the form on the landing page, your data (name, email address) will be transmitted to and stored by Systeme.io. The transmission is encrypted (SSL/TLS). Systeme.io processes your data in accordance with their own privacy policy, which you can view at systeme.io/privacy.
The legal basis for this processing is your express consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You may withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing via the unsubscribe link in our emails or by contacting us directly.
